3、对影响环境卫生的不文明行为应进行劝阻。有责任劝阻和制止责任区域内的人员将垃圾桶或垃圾袋置于街道、走廊、楼梯等公用部分的不卫生、不文明现象和行为，以免影响卫生和阻塞通道。

4、发现有杂物未按规定放置或弃置于走廊、天台（露台）、楼梯间或其他公共区域，有责任劝喻责任人立即整改（自行搬往附近的指定地点）；如无法找责任人，除进行清理外，并应做好登记，并向上级报告。
